The challenge
The main challenge was coordinating our work with other tradespeople on-site, as the client was also replacing her windows and faulty electrical panel at the same time.
Rigorous planning was essential so each team could work without blocking the others.
Our approach
We started by developing a detailed logistics plan with the client to ensure proper coordination between the different trades on the jobsite. We also guided her through the Rénoclimat subsidy application — a significant financial benefit for this type of project.
For the work itself, we first installed Isoclad insulation panels across the entire façade to eliminate thermal losses. We then applied the Distinction steel cladding in Desert colour, completed with matching fascia and soffit for a uniform, modern result.
