They trust us
“Les Entreprises EJA did an excellent job on the complete overhaul of the wooden siding of our chalet, and stand highly recommended for their reliability and conscientious work! Emir, Jeremie and their team reassured me that there are still hardworking young people out there, for whom a job well-done is not only a question of money well-earned, but also of professional pride and honor!”

What is the difference from a building inspection?
A building inspector is a regulated professional who evaluates the whole property. We offer a specialized evaluation of the building envelope: cladding, masonry, joints, insulation. It is more targeted, more technical, and comes with a realistic cost estimate for renovation work.
What are the fees for the evaluation?
A travel fee applies. Depending on the scope of expertise required (residential, multi-unit, condominium), a quote is provided before any intervention.
How long does the visit take?
Generally between 1 and 2 hours depending on the building size and the complexity of the issues observed.
Do you evaluate condominiums and multi-unit buildings?
Yes. Our team has experience with residential, multi-unit and commercial buildings. We adapt to the needs of condominium associations and property managers, including requirements under Bill 16.
How do I know if I qualify for Rénoclimat?
Eligibility depends on the building type, the planned work, and the energy improvement achieved. Contact us: we assess your situation, help you obtain quotes for eligible work, and guide you through the subsidy process.
Do you help with building permits?
Yes. We know the requirements of boroughs in Montreal, Laval, Longueuil and the South Shore. Our team helps you prepare your permit application for exterior cladding and insulation work.
