2. Information collected
We collect only the information necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Contact / quote form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, project address and description of the desired work.
- Browsing data: IP address (anonymized), pages visited, visit duration, device and browser type, collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with your consent.
- Consent cookie: stored locally in your browser to remember your choice regarding analytics cookies.
3. Purposes of the collection
Your information is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your quote requests and contact you about your renovation project.
- Improve the user experience on our website (with your consent).
- Analyze site traffic and performance for anonymous statistical purposes (with your consent).
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Transfer of information outside Quebec
The browsing data collected via Google Analytics 4 is processed by Google LLC, whose servers are located in the United States. This transfer is governed by the approved transfer mechanisms in accordance with Law 25 and the Privacy Shield or the applicable standard contractual clauses. Google uses this data only to provide us with the analytics service and does not resell it to third parties.
6. Retention period
- Form data (quotes): kept 24 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymized.
- Analytics data (GA4): kept 14 months by Google in accordance with their retention policy.
7. Your rights (Law 25)
In accordance with Law 25, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Right to erasure: request the deletion of your information when it is no longer needed.
- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent at any time for processing based on your consent (analytics).
- Right to portability: receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.

8. Security
We implement reasonable security measures, HTTPS encryption, restricted data access, to protect your personal information against any unauthorized access, disclosure or modification.
9. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. In the event of a substantial change, we will notify you with a visible notice on the site. The last update date is shown at the top of the document.
