The challenge
The general contractor had deadlines to meet and several trades to coordinate. Part of each crew's work depended on how far the others had progressed.
Five colours to place in the right spots according to the plans, a large surface to cover and a lot of detail around the balconies, entrances and openings. All of it during the summer heat.
Our approach
The plans came from the contractor. We helped them choose the materials and arrange the colours, so that each shade lands in the right place on the facades.
The MAC Métal steel cladding went on in two profiles, Harrywood Plus and Corrugated. The fascia and soffits are steel too, for a uniform finish from the ground to the roofline.
